Delivery Information

Snake River Packaging Systems ships packaging materials, replacement parts, and equipment to customers throughout our service area and beyond. Shipping methods and costs depend on the size, weight, destination, and type of product being shipped.

Parcel Shipments

Smaller orders, including many replacement parts and packaging supplies, may be shipped by UPS or another parcel carrier. Shipping charges and available service levels may vary depending on the order and destination.

Freight & Machinery Shipments

Packaging machinery, large parts, palletized materials, and other oversized or heavy items may require shipment by LTL or another freight carrier. Freight charges are generally quoted based on the equipment, destination, and delivery requirements.

Please let us know if your location has special delivery requirements, including residential delivery, limited access, liftgate service, inside delivery, or other circumstances that may affect freight service or cost.

Lead Times & Delivery Estimates

Product availability and lead times vary by manufacturer and product. Any estimated ship or delivery dates provided by Snake River Packaging Systems are estimates and may be affected by manufacturer availability, carrier schedules, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate known delays or significant changes to expected shipment timing.

Freight Inspection & Damage

Please inspect freight shipments for visible damage before accepting delivery whenever possible. If damage is visible, note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing and take photographs of the shipment and packaging.

Concealed damage should be reported to Snake River Packaging Systems as soon as reasonably possible after discovery. Please retain the product, packaging, pallet, and shipping materials while the damage is being reviewed.

Local Delivery & Service

Local delivery may be available for certain orders in the Treasure Valley and surrounding areas. Delivery availability and any applicable charges will depend on the order and location.
